Corporate Overview
ITEC Consultancy was formed in 1996 to provide consultancy services to the Telecoms and IP reseller communities around emerging technologies.
The services offered by ITEC Consultancy were as follows:

- Sales Training (IntelliTrain)
- Technology Training (intelliTrain)
In June 2006 ITEC Consultancy added an International services portfolio to deliver technology services around IP technologies across the globe and subsequently changed its name to ITEC Intelligent Services Ltd.
ITEC Intelligent Services has added the following services to the already comprehensive ITEC Consultancy portfolio:
- Onsite Installation and Configuration services (IntelliIntegrate)
- Contracted On Site Maintenance Services (IntelliCare)
- Project Management (IntelliIntegrate)
- Site Survey and Network audits (IntelliIntegrate)
- Managed Helpdesk (intelliDesk)
- Remote Technical Support (IntelliCare)
- Remote Monitoring and Management of networks (intelliWatch)
ITEC directors and personnel have many years experience in providing the above listed services to the Telecoms and IP reseller channel, along with technology manufacturers and Service Providers.
Because of ITEC success and growth over the years its customers have had a demand for the same high level service and support throughout EMEA, APAC and the America’s. ITEC has expanded its operations to encompass additional countries and has opened facilities in both Singapore and Malaysia and is constantly reviewing other geographical locations. ITEC currently has Authorised Service Partners in excess of 98 countries across the globe enabling ITEC to deliver services 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, across 5 continents.

In October 2006 ITEC was awarded ISO 9001 accreditation, which demonstrates the company’s commitment to quality at every level of the organisation. ITEC has successfully retained its ISO accreditation year on year since its award.
